The Director of the Medical Billing Service unit is responsible for the efficient and effective billing and collection of $40M+ for our clients’ medical, dental, mental health service, and residential treatment claims resulting from over 250,000 patient encounters each year.

The principal responsibility of this position will be to maintain patient billing for BTQ Financial clients. The individual will handle a variety of data entry functions, maintain billing records and statistics, resolve data entry discrepancies, resubmit claims and resolve variety of claim issues, posting charges and accounts receivables.

The Deputy Client Manager is a CFO in-training for a number of BTQ's nonprofit clients. This position works in tandem with a Client Manager and is considered a member of our clients’ executive management team, responsible for the fiscal management of the organization and for providing financial analysis and fiscal advice.

The Medical Billing Manager is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services as a part of the Medical Billing team, including supervisory responsibilities over the processing and monitoring of collections and posting. Expectations include providing these services in an effective and efficient manner to ensure that BTQ clients’ billing/AR are accurate and up to date, that collection and posting are completed within the required timeframe.
