BTQ Staff have great health insurance, including dental, 401k, three weeks paid vacation your first year, four weeks thereafter, with six paid sick days, and nine paid holidays.  BTQ helps with gym membership and hosts regular in-house health and well-being fairs. With an annual staff picnic, volunteer opportunities benefiting our clients such as the AIDs Walk and an annual Winter Holiday orchestrated by BTQ to benefit the Coalition of Hispanic Family Services, we are an active, vibrant culture. We regularly invite our clients in to discuss our mission. In addition to quarterly book clubs where we come together to read foundational texts to our business, like The Checklist Manifesto and The E-Myth Revisited, BTQ also supports staff learning needs.
